| Bilbao is a big city on the Atlantic Ocean. The Cantabrian hills reach all the way down to the sea, and the city is built into the steep hillsides. It is an old industrial city. These days, the air pollution is better, but there is still has some dirty industry, not to mention the cars and everything else that big cities have. | ||
